1. 30 DAY GUARANTEE ON ALL PLANTS
We have a 30-day guarantee policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a replacement in the case of plant damage in transit. To be eligible for a replacement plant, we require pictures of the damaged plant for our own quality control purposes.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To get a replacement plant, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 949-607-8479. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you out a Happy, Healthy, New Plant.
3. DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
We do not offer refunds, we replace any damaged product. We have in specific circumstances issued a gift card credit.
