Refund policy
Our 30-Day Happy Plant Guarantee
Every plant we sell is guaranteed for 30 days from the day your order is delivered. If your plant arrives damaged or doesn't make it within those 30 days, we'll send you a free replacement. There's nothing to send back.
What you get
- A free replacement of the same plant, shipped to you with tracking.
- If that plant is out of stock, we'll help you choose another plant of the same value. If nothing suitable is available, we'll issue store credit for the plant.
- If you received the wrong plant, we'll send the one you ordered.
Winter shipping (November to March)
Plants shipped from November 1 through March 31 are covered by the guarantee only when Winter Plant Shipping Protection is added to the order. It adds a heat pack and extra insulation to keep your plant warm in transit. Orders shipped during these months without Winter Plant Shipping Protection are not eligible for a replacement.
How to make a claim
Within 30 days of delivery, go to our Plant Guarantee claim page and:
- Enter your order number and email
- Choose the plant that needs replacing
- Tell us what's wrong
- Upload a clear photo of the plant
If you're logged in to your account, you can also click Report a plant issue on your order. If your plant is out of stock, the claim page will ask you to email us so we can help you pick another plant. Once we review your photo, we'll place your replacement order and you'll get an email with tracking when it ships. Questions? Email info@plantswagshop.com or call us at 949-607-8479.
Refunds
We don't offer cash refunds on plants. Our guarantee covers you with a replacement plant instead.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but it's still covered by the guarantee above.
Where we ship
This policy applies to orders shipped within the continental United States. We don't ship to Alaska or Hawaii. For delivery times, rates and address changes, see our Shipping policy.
