I had my doubts about how a plant would handle the shipping experience, especially a sensitive plant like this Calathea. I couldn't be happier with the care that was taken to ensure the plant was happy and well upon delivery. This is one of the most beautiful plants I have ever seen. The first Hoya that was sent was very tiny and had had a rough trip in the mail (it was ripped from the roots and had lots of dead or dying leaves). I contacted the company and they immediately sent a replacement that is gorgeous and exactly what I had hoped to receive. Beautiful plant and great customer service
