Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 – 7 days (Monday to Friday).  Domestic order handling time is 1 -3  business day (Monday to Friday).

Delivery Partners:

We use the USPS, FEDEX, and UPS to deliver the product.

Change of Delivery Address:

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@plantswagshop.com 

Cancellations: 

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, we offer a 30-Day guarantee on all of our plants as long as we receive an image of the damaged plant for our own quality control purposes. Our goal is to make sure our customers receive a happy, healthy, houseplant!

Winter Shipping:

If we will be shipping to a cold region please keep in mind the current weather, include winter plant protection (which includes heat packs and thermal wrap to protect from frost). Heat packs are active for 72 hours and stay fairly warm another 12 hours after. We highly recommend using the express ship option if your region is below 40 degrees. Keep in mind heat packs do deactivate below 30 degrees. We can hold your order an monitor the weather for a successful delivery.

If you will not be home when your shipment arrives we HIGHLY recommend you schedule a UPS Local pickup/ FEDEX local Pickup, if your package sits in the cold outside for any extended period of time we are not responsible for your replacement.
