Pothos Manjula

Pothos Manjula is one of the most beautiful and distinctive plants in the Pothos family. Its broad, heart-shaped leaves are a swirling blend of green, white, cream, and silver — with the variegation distributed in soft, irregular patches rather than the defined stripes of other Pothos varieties. Each leaf is uniquely marbled, giving the plant an almost watercolor quality that makes it one of the most coveted Pothos for collectors and design-conscious plant owners alike.

Good for beginners? Yes. Manjula has all the forgiving adaptability of a standard Pothos. Its heavier variegation means it benefits from brighter light than fully green varieties, but it is otherwise just as easygoing.

Light needs: Bright indirect light is important to maintain the multi-tone variegation and encourage healthy growth. In lower light the new leaves emerge with more green and less white and cream. Avoid direct sun which can scorch the pale portions of the leaves.

Care at a glance: Water when the top inch of soil is dry. Feed monthly in spring and summer. Trim trailing vines to keep growth full and bushy. Wipe leaves occasionally to keep the marbled pattern looking its most vivid.
