Light needs: Bright indirect light preserves the luminous silver tone most vividly. It tolerates low light but the pale color can shift toward a more ordinary green in very dim conditions. Avoid direct sun which can scorch the broad leaves.

Care at a glance: Water only when the soil is completely dry. Overwatering is the only real risk. Feed once or twice during spring and summer. Repot only when roots visibly crowd the pot.
