If one ever looks questionable I’m able to immediately chat with them to get their thoughts. On one occasion they saw it looked like one had a little isssue with the leaves and immediately sent me a replacement. ALL of the plants I’ve ordered through them, my collection now stands at 15 are growing beautifully and all healthy. Please give them a shot. I received my first plant in really poor conditions after it was stuck in transit due to what I assume was bad weather. I immediately contacted them and within 24 hours a new plant was sent. The one that came is in the best condition and absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Not to mention it arrived within 72 hours of shipping. The customer service was just exceptional. They made it so easy, they were extremely understanding and just wanted to make sure we had a prefect new plant baby for our home.
