Its large, deeply lobed leaves are splashed with irregular patches of white, cream, and pale green against a deeper green background — a snowy, high-contrast pattern that earns the name instantly. It is a climbing variety that grows with bold tropical presence and becomes more striking with every new leaf that unfurls.

As a heavily variegated variety, Blizzard needs bright indirect light to support its reduced chlorophyll content and grows best with consistent moisture and good drainage. Light needs: Bright indirect light is essential. The white and cream variegation contains less chlorophyll than green tissue and needs more light to sustain healthy growth. Avoid direct sun which can scorch the pale portions of the leaves, and avoid low light which causes slow, weak growth.

Care at a glance: Water when the top inch of soil is dry. Use a well-draining, airy potting mix. Feed monthly in spring and summer. Provide a moss pole or trellis to support climbing and encourage larger, more dramatic leaves.
