This might've been the most well packaged plant I've ever received. It came out of the box and looked like it had just been pulled off the shelf. No damaged or flattened leaves. Very pleased with my purchase from here.

The first Hoya that was sent was very tiny and had had a rough trip in the mail (it was ripped from the roots and had lots of dead or dying leaves). I contacted the company and they immediately sent a replacement that is gorgeous and exactly what I had hoped to receive. Beautiful plant and great customer service

My plants arrived in beautiful and healthy condition, despite a delay caused by the shipping company during an unusual cold spell. When I saw the flipped-over and crushed box, I was hoping for the best. The variegated markings on the Hoya Rope plant are quite dominant, with one set of leaves being white. Overall, this marks my second positive experience with PlantSwag. If they did not put a limit, I would have bought several as birthday girts.

The Whale Fins exceeded my expectations. First, one of the plants has two babies; yeah, bonus plants! Second, the plants arrived undamaged and promptly, even though the box looked battered. Third, they appear healthy. I definitely will order from Plant Swag again.

I love my new peace lily! Thriving in its new home. I have 4 new leaves coming in. When I revived the plant it was packaged perfectly and no harm done in shipping. I will be ordering again soon.

Arrived in great condition

Having ordered many plants from many different people online, I can say for certain this place packages, the air plants the best. The plant also had more they are coloring than I thought it would. Beyond happy with the shipment.

I have ordered a decent amount of plants online and some have arrived in good condition, some of them arrived in great condition, and some have arrived in poor condition. This plant arrived in perfect condition. Plant was bigger, and fuller than I thought it was going to be, and it was packaged extremely well. When I ordered the plant, I accidentally put in my old shipping address, but was able to work with customer service very quickly to resolve the issue. I will now be ordering my plants solely from this website.

The plant came in wonderful condition, I included winter shipping protection and the package came with a heat pack to protect the plants in winter. Excited to see them grow!
